The scheduler · try it
Staff every party in one tap.
Here's Juniper Lane Pottery's week — two birthday parties, a Date Night, a kids' class and a studio-time appointment — and nobody on the schedule yet. Press Staff my week and watch it put the right people on, and tell you why. Then make it hard: add a party, have someone call out.

How it thinks
The order a good manager would go in — every time.
- Usual weeks first
Everyone's regular days go on, except for anyone who's out.
- A shift lead whenever the doors are open
Gaps get the person who's already nearest — a longer shift before a brand-new one.
- Every booking, best fit first
Someone already on the floor costs no extra hours. Next, someone on that day whose shift can grow. Only then a new shift — with set-up and clean-up included.
- Never the wrong person
Not someone who's out, not marked for the job, still in training, already on another booking, or — unless you allow it — headed into overtime.
- Honest about what it can't do
When nobody fits, it says so and says why — so you know exactly who to call.
In StudioConnect this is Schedule my week and the cover board in Studio Standard. With Studio Flow too, the parties, classes and events come straight from your bookings — nobody types them in twice — and everything it drafts waits for you to publish, with one Undo for the lot.
